El Paso pools cleaned my green pool, fixed my pump and filter, I called 5 companies for an estimate they were the best price and service. I have used them since 2019. I recommended their services.
After they came and clean the pool, woke up and the whole pool was drained, no water at all, the pump got burned and other weird stuff started happening after, wouldn’t recommend their service and this is the first review I make in my life because this is how bad it was
I used this company to clean my swimming pool often, they also clean my filter, they are very honest people and nice, when I was out of town they did the favor to feed my dogs for me. I highly recommend them since they are always doing a good job. Sometimes they can be late but they do show up and do a good job and the repairs are affordable. Keep up the good work guys.
El Paso Pool and Spa Services do fantastic work! We have been using them for over a year now and they have great work ethic and a professionalism that exceeds my expectations for pool servicing. They are accomodating for scheduling and billing needs and their pricing is very reasonable especially for our DE filter cleaning and repair. Very much recommending them to anyone who needs pool/spa servicing or repair!
I set up an appointment for 11-1 on Monday, called multiple times to see when they would show up, was told they would show up within 45 minutes, never showed. So I called again and got hung up on. After I took the entire day off of work to be there for them to not even show up, I gave up. They then showed up the next day while I was at work and “cleaned” my pool. I returned home right when they were leaving and they couldn’t speak any English. I went to check the pool and it’s still green. I am beyond disappointed and irritated with this service. Definitely going to switch service ASAP.
