The crew is always on time, finishes repairs as promised, and everyone is always professional. I’ve already told several friends about their great service, and I think you should try them too!
I was recommended to this pool cleaning company by a friend and am very glad I gave them a try. When I visited, there were plenty of pool cleaning options to choose from without feeling overwhelmed. Clarence took the time to walk me through the different pool cleaning services and explained the benefits of each one. It was clear that he wanted me to make the right choice for my pool, not just sell me something. During the project, we decided to add salt chlorination to help keep our pool extra clean, and there was no pressure from the company to spend more. Clarence explained any possible extra costs and made sure I understood the agreement before moving forward. Lucas also helped by sharing design tips, like adding tile to the steps, which really improved the look of our pool area. Now that the pool cleaning and upgrades are finished, our pool looks fantastic and everything was tidied up as the work went on. I’ve already spoken to Clarence a couple of times after the job was done, and it’s great to be able to reach out directly if I have questions. We’re looking forward to using the new salt system soon. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable pool cleaning and care.
Lucas did an excellent job designing our pool right at our home during the first consultation. The Orlando Pool Masters took care of everything, from planning to building and now handle our weekly pool cleaning and maintenance too. We’re really pleased with how everything turned out—the pool looks just like we hoped. They were very flexible and made changes whenever we asked, even in the middle of the project. They built the pool, managed all the concrete work, and also added a beautiful water feature. We highly recommend their pool cleaning and maintenance services, especially with the warm weather here.
kai showed up right on time with a really positive attitude. we walked through what we wanted for our pool cleaning, and he explained all the different service options in simple terms. we chose a plan that included regular cleaning and care for easy maintenance. the team put together a schedule that fit what we needed, and we agreed on everything quickly. they started coming out to clean our pool shortly after that. there was a tiny issue with the skimmer once, but lucas handled it fast and made sure everything was perfect. we’ll definitely call them again when we need pool cleaning or extra help. these guys are awesome. highly recommend their pool service!

The weekly service has been outstanding—our pool is always sparkling, and the water looks super inviting, especially with the Florida sun beating down. We also asked about getting our old pool heater replaced, and the process was quick and easy. In less than a week, our tired, rusty heater was swapped out for a brand new one, all at a fair price. It was impressive how smoothly everything went, even when equipment can sometimes be hard to find these days. Highly recommend The Orlando Pool Masters if you want your pool to stay in great shape!
