We finally decided to upgrade our pool and spa operation system. Dave our pool guy suggested the latest from Pentair that has wireless connectivity.
Dave also recommended Carlos and his team from Ernie’s Pool Supply. Within two days they had the new equipment installed and running. Carlos explained how the system works and even programmed my wife’s and my phone so we could operate the system from anywhere.
Wow what a difference it made in the day to day operation of our household.

Maybe when Ernie owned this store, then it was run right. Now that Carlos is in charge, it’s a disaster! Last month we ordered a spa cover and the employee failed to contact us to confirm the measurement, before pushing the order to the manufacturer. The employee just guessed the numbers and so the cover was made totally wrong. She should have at least called us first, before confirming with the manufacturer. Upon placing the order, Carlos didn’t say it was not refundable and he didn’t even give us any documentation for placing the order. Now he won’t take it back or refund. Very unprofessional business! Now we are stuck with an expensive item that we can’t use! Avoid dishonest merchants who don’t put their customers first!
This store deserves 0 stars. The two lady’s at the front desk are not helpful at all. I asked for something in specific and they rudely responded and did not give me any clear instructions. I walked out right away since I had no idea where the item was. When someone asks for help you should nicely direct them to the item. Not be a lazy worker with an ugly attitude.
The experience purchasing Spa Cover at Erni’s pool was traumatic.
I thought I was trying to support local store rather than buying online (while shipping actually free to my door)
The owner Carlos is a dishonest man!
He tried to sneak in a shipping fee after the cover came to the store and that he would not deliver.
This is the company that’s parks it’s work truck and trailers in a residential neighborhood every night. If any one wants free supplies they don’t cover the truck or trailer. Homestead and keiley.
