Installed a new pump and pool heater for a very reasonable price. Mike is a very knowledgeable technician.
My pool is….ALIVE!!! For years it has just sort of eek-ed by and I’ve dabbled with helping it out. This year I decided to stop playing and get it all straightened out. Mike came out and – lo and behold – I had a cracked pipe that had been the unknown issue! He replaced my skimmer (the equivalent to open heart surgery for a pool) and taught me that I had an unconnected port for my cleaner (that he plumbed) and lifted my entire unit on to a safe concrete block. He was helpful and did great work. And, when letting someone on your property, their being professional is imperative, and I was very comfortable trusting Mike at the house. He was also very intentional to be safe and keep the work site clean, which is an “above and beyond” that is meaningful. I’m pleased with the cost for getting what is, in many ways, a new system and for what was, honestly, a huge amount of work. Most importantly, for the first time in years, my pool looks and is running great! Shop local, shop Conway, ask for Mike. 😉 Thanks All American!
