I called to have my lawn looked at as it was really looking bad. Brett came and spoke to me to give the lawn a diagnosis. He was very personable and helpful. A few days later they came and fertilized. I followed their instructions about watering after the application and by the very next day the yard was looking so much better. Now my lawn is lush and green. Would highly recommend them. I also appreciate that this is a local El Paso owned and operated business, and I like to support local business as often as possible. I will definitely be using their lawn care services again.
If I could give them more stars I would. Jennifer, the horticulturalist gave me a lot of useful information over the phone. When they came out to investigate my plants they gave me even more. Even though they couldn’t do anything for my boxwoods, the rep gave me tips on what I could do to try to save them as well as an issue with my grass. They didn’t charge me at all and I highly recommend them and will use them myself in the future.
Juan Diaz did Dormant Oil Spraying today. He gave each tree and schrub a thorough soaking. Much appreciated his good work.
Terrible customer service. Lawn looks awful and they assume zero responsibility. They couldn’t care less. They collect their monthly fees and don’t care if their recommendations are working. I have weeds, yellow spots, grass and trees are watered constantly and automatically. They told me I should see about replacing the soil and the sprinklers and that that might be the problem. Horrible service
