For the past two months, I’ve had to harass the office people at Miami Pool to get someone to service my pool. Never mind that not ONE TIME in several years did the tech ever vacuum the pool or clean the filter. I put up with that because I could do it myself and didn’t want the hassle of changing pool companies. However, this week, I fired Miami Pools and should have done it years ago. They tech drove his car over my lawn, broke off three sprinklers at the main connection and then drove over my neighbors yard to get out. Did I hear anything from them? Nope. I called to tell them about it and they offered me a month of free service. Seriously.

My wife and I just realized, and confirmed, that for the last few years we have enjoyed stays in at least 5 elegant SoFlorida hotel Hi-Quality pools that were ALL SERVICED AND MAINTAINED BY “MPT”!!!
From Broward and south to Dade,…. They are awesome and professionally talented in their focus.

We are monthly customers of Miami Pool Tech. Our pool pump broke 3 days ago, and they have not sent their “mechanic” out to repair the pump. They now want to send us an estimate without having the “mechanic” come out to look at the pump. 3 days wasted as our pool gets worse. Really disappointed.
We have been using Miami Pool Tech for a little over a month. I have to say that it has been wonderful! The tech is great! He always knocks on my door to let me know he is here and is always happy! The water in my pool always looks to refreshing! Super happy customer !!
Not a customer and at this point I would never be a customer I’ve witnessed this company treating the employees unfairly. These employees get treated as if they were slaves. They get talked down to as if they weren’t people and to me that is not how a company should treat anyone. Treat others as you would want to get treat is the way things should be. The company also gets numerous complaints from people they have contracts with and lose them because of their poor work and poor communication. This scam of a company shouldn’t even be a company anymore. Thank goodness I’ve witnessed what I’ve seen and heard and also read the bad reviews if not I would of been another unhappy customer.
