There should be a way to rate ZERO stars! Please do NOT use Swim Pure to clean your pool! They merged/took over the company we previously used (G&S Pool & Spa) and showed up for the first month, then stopped showing up. Our pool got completely destroyed and it cost us almost $1k to get it fixed (pics attached of the green algae infested pool they say they were cleaning but obviously weren’t). Now they are trying to collect almost $2k from us claiming we owe them. We have emails and texts and plenty more pictures of their TERRIBLE customer service – please save your pool and go with someone else!
Finding a great, reliable and honest pool cleaning service with knowledgeable pool cleaners is so tough. We’ve had great success with Swim Pure. Our latest pool cleaner is a fabulous guy called Steffan. He goes above and beyond in helping maintain our pool.
These guys have been great. I had a pool built with a highly reputable pool builder in Austin and they work very closely with swim pure- and have for almost 20 years! Unfortunately I’ve had a few equipment breakdowns and swim pure have been my warranty provider on behalf of Hayward products for the last 3 years. They have always been prompt and taken care of my claims. Recently, Spencer and Casey went the extra mile recently on a warranty claim that fell out of warranty coverage and helping me get it covered with the product manufacturer . This is how a business is run and is called taking care of their customers. Thank you so much. JC Adams
Chris Chepey has done a great job with our weekly maintenance. Today we had a couple questions/issues with the heater and freeze protection. He checked everything out and had me test functionality in the app before leaving. Very helpful!
Swim Pure West Cedar Park: Our regular pool service provider was unable to provide assistance when our heater/chiller pump stopped working. The product manufacturer recommended Swim Pure in Cedar Park as service providers for their equipment. Malikahi Gordon provided professional service identifying the issue and fixing the equipment during the service repair. We will definitely use Swim Pure in the future!
