   I love my pool service . Very reliable , very professional. Very efficient work . My pool looks great all year round . I love the communicate. I get up dates weekly. He lets me know when I need to replace something or just simply add water to my pool . Gives great recommendations. I’m a proud costumer for over 3 years now . Thank you ❤️

   We have been using Alchemy for about 2 years now, we’ve been impressed with how smooth everything runs. They’re reliable, always arrive when they say they will, and our pool water has stayed consistently clear throughout Sacramento’s heat waves. You get weekly updates with chemical readings and a photo so there’s no doubt the service was actually done, which is a relief. We appreciate them, and how thorough and consistent they’ve been over the past few years!

   I just moved to Sacramento from the bay and my new house has a pool. My last house also had a pool so I was sure I was used to the routine. I called at least 6 companies before I called these guys and no one answered the phone except them. I told him I needed pool service estimates and he came out the same day (within 3 hours). 2 guys showed up and were very helpful and informative. They went over my entire pool and equipment for me and reprogrammed my timers. They send emails with pictures after every time they service my pool showing my pool all clean. They are very knowledgeable and communicate well so far. I would highly recommend them.
