   Amazing company and employees. Ruben deserves a day off. We just bought our home and they were able to provide same day service. They were so friendly,knowledgeable,and efficient!! Will definitely always use this company for my pool needs. Wish I could give more stars

   I called, made the appointment based on their schedule for the next day. The next day I waited and waited, no calls, no texts until I contacted them. At this time, I was advised that they had a lot of work because of the rain. I’m guessing my appointment was not important enough to them to even give me a call to reschedule. This is the third pool service company in El Paso that I’ve had a bad experience with this week. I can not even get them to go out there at their scheduled time. The search continues for a good company.

   This company makes me wait for them, only to tell me that they can’t or won’t do the job. When I first spoke to gentleman on the phone I told him exactly what I needed and he said he would come look at it and tell me what needed to be done. I was ok with any option. I told him I had above ground pool and asked if they cleaned them. He said yes. When they arrived he said well we really don’t clean above ground pools???! He older man was in a hurry and very unprofessional. I realized that about 6 months ago when looking for a pool service these same people had come out and behaved the same exact way. Me no recognizing the number I didn’t realize it was same company . Non the less, this simply shows that they haven’t changed. I am writing for this review because it’s a waste of time to wait days to get an , I don’t want to do this job. If he’s so in a hurry than why have come in the first place.

   Had our pool serviced twice, once more just for a vacuuming just before a party. Each time paid in full, even though chlorine tabs weren’t put in as they should of (bought some ourselves). The day that they serviced the pool for vacuuming, owner spoke to me via employee phone accusing me of not paying for previous services. (Why would anyone give second services without receiving pay for first!?!?!) explained to him that we did, employee vouged for it, and owner continuously harassed about it till finally he said I WILL have to pay with checks so that he can keep track. Hahahaha went ahead and told him we’d no longer continue doing business with him or his company and we don’t carry checks hahaha Called Monday to confirm cancellation and explain to receptionist what happened. She apologized and said she’d speak with owner and return my call. Call was never returned. Beware, very shady.

   If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. They wouldn’t even bother trying to clean our pool. When we asked if they could at least empty our pool (we would still pay them) they said no and were in a hurry to leave . This company doesn’t not have a good work ethic and if you need your pool cleaned go else where.
