Chris and his team went above and beyond to repair my pool for a party this weekend. They fit me in at the end of the day and got the work done efficiently even while understaffed because they had promised they would!! I would highly recommend their services!
We Surv has been maintaining my pool and fountain for over a year now and I could not be more pleased. My technician, Adam, is prompt, polite and works really hard to make me happy. And the office is great at responding to me when I have a problem with the pool or need extra help around my property. Recommend this company highly.
I have used WeSurv for a few yrs now & have been thoroughly pleased with their service. Adam has been our pool person almost the whole time & has been professional & courteous.
I have used WeSurv for other services too. Handyman services over the last yr has been on par with their pool service. I’ve had pressure-washing done (pool patio area, fence & house), some picture-hanging, a Murphy Door custom-built plus a new sliding glass door installed. Aaron is a very meticulous & thorough craftsman. His work is very detailed & his demeanor is always pleasant.
Highly recommend WeSurv for pool & other services that may be needed to help around the house. Always a great experience with the company & staff.

For nearly 4 years now I have used We Surv for my weekly pool maintenance (and repairs, as needed). “We Surv” has replaced the former company that I used when I first moved to my home in Jacksonville, FL, but the transition was easy, seamless, and effective.
Adam has been my assigned servicer for my pool. He has done what I term “ABCD” work here — “Above & Beyond the Call of Duty.” He’s been skilled, professional, accomodating, and friendly at all times, including several times when I needed immediate service or repair before an important event, such as a big pool party.
I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars.
