Pulliam Pools just finished construction of our pool and outdoor living area and we are absolutely thrilled. The overall experience was excellent. Everyone we interacted with at Pulliam was knowledgeable and professional. Our design consultant Michael was great to interact with and worked hard to create the pool and outdoor space we desired but also offered great suggestions along the way. Our construction manager Andre was clearly an expert at what he does. He was always available, responsive to every call and question, and kept us well informed about progress and next steps. Everything finished on schedule and looks fantastic! Well done Pulliam Pools team!
We could not be more pleased and grateful that we chose Pulliam to be our pool provider in our journey to upgrade our forever home here in Ft. Worth. Beginning with the initial design, Carl came to our property, listened intently to our thoughts on what we wanted in our new patio/backyard, and put together a beautiful design that blended in with our existing architecture and a planned new addition (that was still on the drawing board) at a very reasonable price. Showing incredible flexibility and patience in working with us as we constructed a new 1200 square foot addition in tandem with the new pool construction, Ruben was fantastic as our day-to-day contact and Ken made sure that all the work performed was top notch. During a project of this magnitude, I will admit there were times when we felt anxious about the end result, but the Pulliam team were always there for us! We found them to be a company you can trust .. and enjoy working with. That’s why we continue to retain them as our maintenance service provider. If I ever had to build another pool, I would choose Pulliam again without a second thought! While we still need to finish the landscaping and decor of our new back patio and yard, hopefully the attached pics show the quality of their work. Thanks Pulliam.
This is our second time using Pulliam Pools and they continue to deliver a quality product and will be who we always recommend. Ruben managed a large project with a lot of moving parts and always worked with us on any concerns we brought to his attention. The pool, arbor, and kitchen area all look amazing. You can’t go wrong with these guys.
We are in love with our new pool. It is everything we wanted and more. From design phase to build phase, this crew was respectful, attentive, and excellent in every way. Nick crushed it with a low pressure design and initial sale. Tyson delivered day after day in the build. Thankful we made the right choice for our dream home upgrades.
Just wrapped our pool installation with Pulliam and the entire experience was exceptional from start (Michael H understood the vision on overall design and provided full transparency on the process) to finish (Ruben V led the build with constant contact every step of the way, and answered our endless questions!)
They delivered exactly as they promised – on time, and on budget, and always very professional. Their teams were reliable and trustworthy and clearly committed to a high quality of work.
Special kudos to Michael & Ruben for making the process smooth and stress free. We love our new pool and highly recommend Pulliam!
