This is a fraudulent service these guys run here. I had Paul come to mount a very large TV in our backyard. Unfortunately, I was not able to be at home but my wife was and she took videos. His craftsmanship is terrible.
There was an undersink water filter I asked if he can install while there. He told me he does these things all the itme. He tells my wife he will charge us over $360 for labor and not including materials just to add an additional electrical outlet for the filter. We refused and had an actual eletcrician instal an outlet in 20 minutes for $150 flat fee.
He then proceeded to mount our 75 inch TV in our backyard. He made 6 large gaping holes into our stucco. He used butterfly anchors and secured the bolts into the same gaping holes which he then filled with spackle! He tells my wife he needed an Alan wrench and tells her he had one in the truck but would need to charge us for it!
Our wall has been damaged. The TV itself is slanted and not level. We are concerned it may fall any time. The most infuriating part is they will NOT take accountability with poor service and have NOT answered our calls and voicemails for the past two weeks.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!!
Isaac was fantastic and truly went above and beyond. Due to internal communication issues, he was sent the wrong address and didn’t initially have a ladder large enough for the job—none of which was his fault. Despite that, Issac handled everything professionally, worked behind the scenes with his operations team, and made sure I still got the service I paid for with no extra cost for added time to get proper equipment. A shout out to the team behind him for the customer-first mindset, I will use their service again.
Isaac and his assistant were wonderful. The painting job was in a difficult spot but, they figured out how to get it done and did a beautiful job. Paul did a great job on our window repairs that needed to be done. We were very pleased with the quick response to our needs.on Isaac’s second visit he stabilized our stair railing and it’s stronger now than it’s been for years. He’s professional and knowledgeable and very pleasant. We would recommend him and Ace Handyman to anyone in need of house repairs.
Isaac followed up on the previous consultations. He did a marvelous job mounting a 42 x 56 picture on the wall, power-coating + mounting 9 metal slats on the wall and working many small things like mounting remote control rests and towel racks. Also, appreciated his bringing in a shower room specialist, Paul, to redo our Moen shower booth door so it opens inward in the tight bathroom spot. Some of these things are more complicated and challenging than one could imagine, and Isaac is definitely the man for the job. AAA+ !!!
ACR Handyman Services were a massive help as I moved into my new home! They installed beautiful trellises in my backyard with precision, drilled a clean hole in my quartz countertop for my RO system, and even helped with several electrical projects around the house.
