   Brian’s Masterpiece just refinished our floors and they exceeded our expectations. They were very professional, had amazing attention to detail, and had great communication. I would recommend them to anyone if asked. These guys are amazing! I feel like the pictures don’t do this floor justice cause they are beautiful in person.

   Made deposit Sep 2023 & Oct 2023 over $70K, after 14months, ask them for prepare flooring on Jan 2025, they said they can be start after 3-4 months. I was arguing about their late starting of the installation of wood floor that I made deposit 14months ago, than realized they didn’t have the material yet, instead they been making interest from my deposit, should be about $5,000 income from the deposit instead of preparing materials and now they want to cancel because they can not start the day I want them to start, mostly because they didn’t prepared the material yet, so money for deposit was not for the job it was for them to make extra income.This is not a joke.

   If you must work with them prepare yourself, not depending on them.Don’t deposit more than 10%. Possibly job will get delay if you give them a deposit.

   Btw, not sure how well they do, but they talk so good.

   They cancelled contract after charge me $1900 for 2days demo for one labor worker, was not done very good either.

   I will look into legality of what they done when I found some time.

   We had a scratch across 3 boards in our kitchen. Brian’s came highly recommended and now I know why. The attention to detail is what makes this a 5 star review. I was amazed at how long the prep work took but the repair is absolutely seamless. Wow just wow. Would use this company again without hesitation.

   Jose Castro of Brian’s Masterpiece is a true master of the Old School caliber. His work is beyond excellent, it is actually magic.

   We needed repairs on an engineered wood floor with a walnut finish that was no longer available. We had a few boards, but they were the wrong size. Jose took an existing piece from the floor and made the replacements he needed from raw stock; trimmed them to size; stained them and installed them so that there is no trace of the problems. In fact, there was an issue with a piece used in the original installation that was not quite right. Jose’s level of care and delivery is such that the entire area is now absolutely perfect.

   Brian’s Masterpiece is worth any wait you endure to get access to the VERY best.
