   I can’t recommend Capital Deck & Stairs highly enough! After delaying a necessary leaking roof balcony repair, we suddenly found ourselves in a time crunch due to a pending insurance cancellation. We needed a company that could provide quality waterproofing quickly and efficiently, since we only had one chance to get it right. After interviewing numerous roofing and waterproofing companies and receiving many bids, I’m convinced that Capital Deck & Stairs are the best roofing contractors in Los Angeles.

   Capital was incredibly professional and responsive from the very first call, where they explained their services and guarantee. Abraham came out the next morning for an inspection, provided a detailed estimate that night, and had our project scheduled to start the next business day. Their pricing was competitive with other bids but the level of professionalism and customer service is what set them apart. Abraham understood our urgency and went above and beyond to ensure our job was completed on time without a hitch.

   Their team began work the day the wildfires began and worked through strong winds and bad air quality to keep us on schedule. When they uncovered our rotted subfloor, they addressed it immediately with only a single day added to the overall schedule. I am a stickler on detail and was extremely impressed with their work. They replaced all the old, worn-out flashing and even matched the weird texture of our stucco railing walls. The final result exceeded our highest expectations. Our roof deck is now very durable and beautifully waterproofed for years to come.

   After the job was complete, Abraham provided thorough documentation for the vampires at the insurance company, helping us avoid the nightmare of policy cancellation. From start to finish, Capital Deck & Stairs delivered high quality work and outstanding service. If you need waterproofing or roofing services in L.A., this is the team to call. I’m so glad I found them and would absolutely use them again in the future.

   I had a leak that was destroying my ceiling and after 4 different companies gave me insanely outrageous bids (without even being able to guarantee that the source of the leak would be resolved) Abraham came out promptly, gave me a more than reasonable quote and told me exactly what the issue was and how it will be resolved. The guys who did the work (the 2 Juan’s) were amazing! They showed up on time every day, made sure they kept all areas clean, were so respectful of my space and did SUCH meticulous work, you’d think they were working on their own home. They finished the job in 8 days as promised when all other companies told me it would take at least 2-3 weeks. They also didn’t ask for payment until after the work was completed and I was satisfied. As a homeowner for 10 years, I’ve NEVER encountered a company more honest, fair and detail oriented than Capital Decking and especially Abraham. You won’t regret hiring them!!

Very knowledgeable, professional, on time daily and took them a reasonable amount of days to finish even due to the holidays. I definitely recommend them.

   Quick response. Needed complete balcony decking, waterproofing and floor finishing. Very good presentation on the work process. I reached out to several companies, none were as professional as Capital. Reasonable price fantastic work, good communication. Robb showed a sample of the layers, measured and took the photos of the project and came up with an estimate quickly.
