   We’ve worked with Charly Landscaping on several complex projects. In each case, we were very satisfied with the quality of the work. Their estimates were reasonable and they completed the projects within that budget. When complications arose, they addressed the issues and provided flexible solutions. Both the office staff (Ingrid) and the workers were pleasant and professional. We highly recommend their services and we will use them again.

   Anika Kelso

   I needed a drainage project done and they said they could do it and could do it quickly. Erika came out on 8/11/25 and took pictures and measurements and said she’d have the quote to me the next day. I did not get the quote from her until more than two weeks later (8/27/25) and several inquiries from me (she said the owners weren’t available to approve it).
   I called with questions about the quote and she said she would have the guy who would do the work come out and talk to me while looking at my situation. She said she would get back to me quickly as soon as he responded to her (this was on Friday before Labor Day 8/29). She did not respond until after I messaged her on Tuesday after Labor Day (9/2/25) asking when he could come talk to me. She knew speed was my highest priority. She responded to my email saying that the guy had been out of town and that she would get back to me “as soon he gets back to me.” She has not yet reached out to me as of today (9/15/25).
   Based on my experience and other reviews I would NEVER go to this company for ANY work again and I would NEVER recommend that anyone else go to them.

   However, I WOULD recommend ALWAYS CONSTRUCTION – they were quick to respond, very professional, got me a quote quickly, did the work quickly, and did it extremely well!!!! They did all this in less than two weeks!
