Major repair of a large wood pergola was completed. The end result far & above exceeded all my expectations. Brent & his team member communicated every morning when they would arrive & finished the project on time. The owner of the company made a visit to the job sight every afternoon to ensure his standards were being maintained. Payment was made easy by a link they sent in a email with a credit card.
They coated the entire pergola in a rubber roof coating & sealed joints to prevent future wood wet. Now it’s ready to be painted & addition to the house.

They are amazing and got the job done. Would definitely recommend them. I have had them do two separate jobs now wanted us to put up my carport and the other is to create a drainage trench with piping and drains in the yard and they are amazing. I love working with Brent.
Was very impressed with the work that was done and they did it in a timely manner. I recommend them for any project. City Wide Handyman employees were very thorough and do high-quality work. They also take pride in what they do! We will definitely use them for future services.
Fee communication could be much more transparent.
While I can’t say anything about their work, my interaction was a bit unfortunate. Was referred by solatube for an inspection of a faulty fan that was making noise as the original installer no longer works with solatube but thought Solatube would warranty their fan. Solatube said they’d need to have it inspected before they’d consider honoring the warranty for a bad fan even though I sent them a video of the issue.
City Wide made the appointment over the phone but didn’t advise me there would be a fee for the inspection of $150 until they arrived plus an additional similar install fee later if the warranty was even honored. While i get entirely not working for free, this seemed high for just an inspection and I wish it had been mentioned when I made the appointment as neither they nor Solatube mentioned it there would be a charge to do an inspection to decide if a solatube warranty would even be honored and that it would be that high.
Woke up to an unexpected leak on my water heater. Based on a friend’s recommendation I called City Wide. They did not disappoint. Brett and Miguel were on-site less than an hour after my initial call. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and took care of the leak quickly.
