   Microburst on Wednesday, February 22 that took out carport.
   Carport finished on Wednesday, February 29. Shawn, Kyle, Austin and Nick were extremely courteous, concerned, and very efficient in finishing a major project in one day- Feb 29 (between snowstorms in Arizona!)

   Another fantastic job by “Creative Aluminum”- Wind louvers on the side of my carport to capture wind and maintain sun/heat distribution. Creative aluminum, not only shows up on time, but shows up with superior customer service and workmanship skills! Professional and prompt-Integrity is everything!!,

   I just want to give a big shout out to Daniel, Chris and Julian from Creative Aluminum. They came out to my house and did a beautiful job on my front porch awning and I can’t wait they are going to be coming out and doing the back deck, cover, and a carport. I would definitely recommend them again to anybody. They’re a team that works together. Well they’re friendly courteous and they take pride in their work. I’m just so happy with them well worth the money. I will post more pictures when I get done with the back and the carport.

   Austin helped us through our whole gutter design and installation process. He and his team were great! I would highly recommend Creative Aluminum.    There were so many positive things with this project that I honestly don’t know where to start on this review.
   The project was twofold …
   1. Replace four existing aluminum awning supports with four new angled steel support beams for a 40″ setback to widen the carport for my RAM diesel dually.
   2. Extend the awning an extra 5′ to the end of the house to cover the deck/patio completely.
   So let’s name names ….
   Kyle & Erik
   These two individuals came exactly as scheduled at 9am. After talking to them and verifying which posts were being replaced and where the new ones would get placed they unloaded the necessary parts and equipment.
   Now, we’ve lived in Tucson long enough to know that once you go about 6′ deep into the dirt the only thing you have is hardpack clay. But … they brought a giant jackhammer for this purpose.
   Each hole was about 24″x24″ and filled with concrete after the beam was in place.
   Once that was done, they split up to paint the posts and to install the awning extension.
   Erik and Kyle worked tirelessly the entire day without really taking a break except to hydrate and when I made them stop for an ice tea break.
   The awning looks amazing and the new steel beams have extended the carport out to 14′ wide … easily accommodating the truck. The entire look of the changes made is fantastic !!
   15 minutes after Erik and Kyle left we had a couple of neighbors standing in the street admiring the changes to the carport and porch/deck. They gave us several thumbs up.
   I can’t express enough how happy we are with the results and how friendly and accommodating both Kyle and Erik were during this process.
   I would highly recommend contacting Creative Aluminum for any work on awnings, decks, porches, etc. If we need anything else done … we KNOW who we are going to call.
   Thank you Kyle and Erik for a superb job and thank you Creative Aluminum for sending them to us !!

   10/10 Highly recommended.

   This is a company that believes in customer service. My aluminum carport awning from the mid-90’s needed repair. When I contacted Creative Aluminum via their website; they replied the same day, and were here early that afternoon to do an estimate. I asked for two different estimates and Austin didn’t bat an eye. In fact, while he was here, he even strapped down the rail to the post, to have it stay in place a little longer. The estimates came to me by the end of that same day.
   Estimate said it would be 3-5 weeks from the reply date for me to be added to their calendar. They were here within one week of my reply. When Daniel’s crew showed up, they were earlier than the promised time; they were prepared for any problems; had full sets of fully-charged tools; quit the first day when they were more than 3/4 done, and it was easy to tell they were professionals at this. Daniel and his crew took off the old awning and car shade, and considered what they’d need to put the car shade back up on the new posts before the hauled all the old pans and posts away. They put in new anchors and added cement, put in new posts and made sure they were plumb, repaired the asphalt, and removed the dirt they’d dug out. When they swept up the dirt around the edges, they even fixed my broom. (Thanks!) They finished in a day and a half! It’s level where it should be, slopes where it should, is more spacious, looks beautiful, and is done before monsoons begin. Use these guys when you want it done correctly.
