   We have been purchasing from Decks & Docks since 2020, and their customer service has always been exceptional. The entire team goes above and beyond.

   I want to give a special shout-out to Elvis and Neno in the yard and dispatch—they are fantastic at getting materials out. Also, Oscar and John have been amazing to work with. As a contractor, I haven’t found a better company to work with since we started in this business. They are truly the best. Highly recommended!

   The thing that makes Decks and docks so special is that everyone there works as a team to make sure you get what you need, when you need it. They will do anything to make sure your project is a success. If they don’t have something in stock, they will find it. Today, is a good example of that and the reason I chose to write this review. They recently sold out of the Weardeck decking product in Barefoot Sand. I need it for a boathouse and dock project I’m working on in Clermont, they told me yesterday they would investigate finding it for me and this morning they went all the way to Coco beach to get what I needed. Further, they will be delivering the decking to my project before the end of the day. That is what I am talking about, they have your back and they don’t make excuses, they just figure it out.
   I have multiple stories like this where they have come through for us. I haven’t met a person there that isn’t easy to get along with and they all know me by name, that includes the drivers, the people working in the warehouse and the front desk people.
   As a dock builder in Central Florida, I need partners that I can count on to deliver for me. If you live in Florida, you know contractors and suppliers are hit or miss, these guys are a hit! I highly recommend them for your next deck or dock project.

   I am rebuilding my dock and purchased all new wood to replace the deck. The project is slow, but coming along. The wood does appear to be very high quality.

   I use deck and dock because I need something better than what the big box stores sell.
   Last order, I specifically ordered uc4b treated – customer service was clueless. After talking to a supervisor they told me no problem. My guys picked up and installed material turns out it was uc4a same stuff I could have gotten at HD has 2 year warranty. Left 2 messages for the big chief and no return phone call a week later.
   Kept being told their lumber was different- tags below exact same treatment

   I purchased about 1000 sq. ft. of Weardeck Barefoot Sand decking and had it delivered to my house. Compared to the competition, the prices were fair, and all the employees were knowledgably and responsive. I had seven 20 foot boards left over, and they picked them up the next day when they had a truck in the area. Great experience overall.
