2025 Delta Management Review
I’ve given Delta Management stellar reviews for each and every project we’ve embarked upon together.
I’m here to offer another.
Over a year ago our house was hit by one of the twin tornados that blew their ways through Tallahassee. One of those tornadoes lifted up a tree, twisted it around and then sat it back down smashing our back porch and shattering our slate tile roof.
It was havoc in our neighborhood.
We called Stacey Bell the day after we got hit and she was there the next, taking charge from the get go of what was to come.
She, with the help of her wonderful father John Bell, steered us through all the steps we had to take – guiding us through the insurance process, the historical district restrictions. Stacey took on the insurance paperwork herself.
It took a half a year to get our back porch in order – it had to first be demolished. And then Stacey and John worked with us to bring it back better. The old porch was the original from 1934 and wonderful and funky but it had room for improvement. And that’s what Delta Management did. They helped us sketch out a plan that echoed the footprint of the old porch but expanded it just a foot. And then slightly reenvisioned it so it was stronger, more beautiful, but still recalling the charm of its 1934 roots.
It’s beautiful.
And then there was the roof. In part because we live in an historical district that it took a full year in a half before we were able to get our new roof. There are hoops you have to jump through. And I appreciate the necessity although it is a pain in the bottom. Stacey and Delta took that on as well, again guiding us through the endless paperwork.
Our roof was 1935 diamond patterned slate (with asbestos of course). We had to replace it with something that fit the style and the history of that roof. We found it – a metal diamond patterned roofing material used for historical restoration. But man, it was a pull. It took forever to get the permitting from the historic district and the insurance. And then the materials were in shorter supply. But Stacey persevered and now we have one of the most beautiful roofs in the neighborhood. It makes our little cottage look like something from a story book. It’s charming. And indestructible.
It’s obvious that we love Stacey, John and Delta Management. And for good reasons.
They worked with us to imagine, plan, fight for and finish up so much of the work we’ve had done on our sweet, little cottage of a house. And they are fun to work with! They’re the best.
Delta Management & Construction LLC worked with my family in altering our home to make it more comfortable and safer, providing informed insight and creativity into how to meet our family’s goals. They were efficient, punctual, and seemed to really care about our renovation outcome. I plan on using them in the future for other renovation projects and highly recommend them for anyone looking to complete a home reno- whether it’s a big or small project. Thank you to the team: working with you was a smooth process that made my small reno project dreams come true. 🙂
We moved to Tallahassee one year ago July, from mid-coast Maine. We bought a home in Ox Bottom that we really liked. It was built in 1993 and just a bit dated. We needed to immediately replace our deck and contracted with Delta Management to do our project. We were very impressed with the quality and workmanship that went into our deck! They were incredibly neat and organized and picked up all discarded materials at the end of every workday. This impressed my wife! We made small running changes, relating to practicality and looks and Delta could not have been more accommodating! When our deck was finished, we could not have been more pleased with the outcome! Priced within our budget and ahead of schedule!
What Delta failed to mention to us, was the 146 degree, Tallahassee summer sunshine that occurred daily on our beautiful deck! That heat and sun just NEVER happened in Maine!
Two months later we contracted with Delta to have them build a very beautiful and practical roof enclosure, complete with skylights and six lighted ceiling fans! This project was completed within five days and once again, was priced well within our budget! Our neighbors continue to rave about this transformation and our family loves it!

We needed a new roof for our home but we also needed to have part of We needed a new roof for our home but we also needed to have part of the roof reconstructed because of a problem we had when the home was constructed. We talked to six roofing companies but they gave us a price for the re-roofing but said we need to find a construction company to fix the roof problem, we wanted one company to do the complete work. We remember seeing Delta Management and Construction doing work on the next block on two homes, they re-roofed both and did the driveway on one. We called and had Scott Williams come out and we discussed are needs and problems and he came up with all the right solution for the construction. He meet all our requests for the new roof and the price for doing both the new construction and new roof was less than the roof alone with the other companies. The construction crew did a wonderful job on the new construction, exactly what I wanted with a new sky light. The six men that came to re-roof the house where a great team, they worked very well together and finished the roof in 3.5 days, we only had one problem we waited an additional day for the city inspector before they could complete the job. They did a fantastic job on cleaning up the property especially the nails. We are in a zero lot line community and are neighbor next door has a four year old and we did not want her to get hurt. Scott had another two fellows come out and they finished up on the metal work that had to be moved and they did another great job for us especially sealing up areas that we had problems with squirrels coming into the attic. We were so happy with the work that DMC had done for us that we are having them convert our screened porch into a sun room.
My wife and I had work done by DMC. We had a screen in porch added to our front deck and a cover put over our back porch. Mr. Williams came out to the house and gave us an estimate of what it would cost and we decided to have it done, within a month they started. It also started to rain a lot but they got it done within a timely matter, they even worked in the rain at times. When the work was done the owner of the company came out to inspect the work that was done, he is a very nice man. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have work done. Since the work was done we have sold our place and moved to another area, and we plan on having work done by this company on our new place too.
