It has been 3 weeks since Tim came out to look at our project. We are at 3 weeks and still no quote/estimate from him.
I did 2 follow-up calls. First call left a message. No return call. Second time I called they said he would reach out the next day or the following Monday. A week later and still no call.
Crazy to think that this business handles potential clients this way.
We were extremely pleased with the work performed on our home by Desert Earth and Wood. The owner and entire crew were very professional. I highly recommend them.
