   Doug called back almost immediately and dropped by the next day for a site assessment. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. Very much a straight-shooter and upfront. Helpful in deciding specifics. Seemed very trust-worthy. Overall, if I was going ahead with the project then Doug would be my preferred choice.

   We hired Designer Decks to replace an existing deck that was all rotten and falling apart. From the start, Doug was the most responsive person we spoke with. He came right out and gave us a diagram of the proposed new deck within a few days. From the time of hiring through completion, Doug and his team communicated well, were professional, and inspired confidence in an excellent finished product. The end result is a beautiful deck that should last many years. We cannot recommend Doug and his team more highly!

   I hired Designer Decks to build a small deck and patio off my French doors leading to the backyard, complete with a couple of steps down to the pool deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Doug Jones, who I worked with from the start, was fantastic—super communicative, friendly, and open to collaboration. He provided some initial designs that I was able to tweak to fit my vision, and he even came up with a brilliant idea to make part of the deck detachable for crawl space access, which has been a game-changer. The crew on the job was just as impressive—great guys who were polite, hardworking, and knocked out the project in no time. The craftsmanship is spot-on, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend Designer Decks to anyone looking for a creative, reliable team. Doug and his crew are the real deal!
