   Great customer service from beginning to completion…and beyond.

   My wife & I are what could be called high maintenance customers. And rightfully so as our standards are high and our questions frequent.

   From the very beginning of our relationship with Edgar Herrera at Distinctive Exteriors and Paul Brozovich at Creative Spa Designs we felt we were well informed as well as comfortable and confident that they and their team members cared about our needs and us being completely satisfied with the end product of paver, landscaping, and lighting design as well as SPA installation in our backyard.

   Thanks to their experience, management ability, skill and care the final project is not only beautiful, but was completed to our satisfaction and within our requested time frame with all questions answered.

   We contacted 4 different pool/landscaping companies in Las Vegas and we believe that Edgar and his team is the absolute best! Here is what you will receive: 1) Outstanding Service, Edgar is owner of the company and delivers the personal touch, other companies are much bigger and their communication is lacking, Edgar is very responsive, and delivers 5 star service 2) Quality Construction – Edgar helps you pick the best materials (for example the cool deck which doesn’t get hot in sunshine and allows you to walk around the pool in summer heat) and everything from our pool to fire pit and putting green are all top notch quality. 3) Best pricing – Edgar and his team gave a very fair and competitive price that actually beat out the other companies but most importantly still delivered on the quality. Overall this was a 10/10 experience and we couldn’t be happier with our backyard, it’s a dream come true! Thank you Edgar!

   I had a very tall wall in my backyard that was quite an eyesore, but Edgar and his team at Distinctive Exteriors completely transformed it! My entire backyard is now a more relaxing environment, along with my pergola, TV, plants and wall panels.

   Edgar took the time to create a vision that truly enhanced my space, and then he executed it flawlessly. His communication throughout the process was phenomenal, always keeping me updated and ensuring I was happy with every step.

   We hired Distinctive Exteriors to do our landscape conversion. We got his name from the approved water smart contractors list on the SNWA website. We are very happy with Edgar Herrera and his team. We interviewed four other vendors and felt Edgar had by far the most professional plan and presentation. Edgar worked with us to get it within our budget but not sacrifice the design. We were very impressed with the hard work and work ethic of the team assigned to our home. Edgar did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. There were no surprises and no hidden fees. Having worked with a lot of vendors over the years, this is very rare. We are extremely happy with the end result, a beautiful yard.
