Why is it hard for people to say we are busy, but we will get to your case/file in a week or two weeks if you are ok to wait. So let people know if you are busy because it is not your issue. But when you do not, and only respond after several phone calls and emails, then it is on you for not knowing the word “communication”. This is just to get a quote. I can only image what will happen if there is any issues with the actual order. Then where you go to get help because seems you can only deal with one person and not even manager will get involved. I went to 84 Lumber instead. And 84 Lumber estimator actually followed up with email after a few days of providing a quote and asked status so they can arrange delivery. Talking about 180 degree of difference between 2 lumber yards. It is ok to be busy but do let people know. I am sure you would not like to be ignored when you want to get paid, right?
I had an excellent experience with their service! The customer service and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the support from Vivian, who was attentive to every order and truck we sent. Her dedication made a significant difference in the smoothness of the process. Im in shock with all this comments on the reviews I called this morning and the lady who pick the call was very rude and unprofessional even when I said I’ll be there later today thank you she didn’t even say by she just hang up! 😳😳😳
