Tom Palombi just finished our beautiful new patio cover install, and wow did he do an amazing job! We are so happy with the look and shade and coolness it brings to our outdoor space, and we cannot thank Tom enough for how easy he made the entire process feel. Pacific Builders did an amazing job of helping me on my project.
They originally built/ installed a sunroom 25 tread ago. I needed to change out some panels because of renters damage. They were able to source out the materials and even hooked me up with some touch up paint and painted screws. These guys rock!

I am very happy we chose Pacific Builders for our shade structure. Tom Palombi did amazing work of assesing the job. We wanted the pergola to match the other structures we have, and Tom personally went the extra mile to match the design.

We cannot say enough about the Pacific Builders team, especially Tom. We love the new windows all around the house, especially the backyard pool views! We have already noticed a difference in our electric bill too! Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had the best quality and design while making sure to keep the pricing and financing. Tom also went the extra mile to help with some extra work we needed done with drywall. We will definitely be recommending Pacific Builders and using them when we are ready for our patio cover!
What a great experience! Working directly with Dave (owner) gave us a sense of peace of mind. As we already had so many bad experiences with other contractors we were so scared to do it one more time! When we started the design process Dave personally came to our house to get some ideas and pictures of our home. Then he took us to his office where we got to see and experience our future patio cover/sunroom. We immediately fell in love with the final product and made the decision to hire Pacific Builders. The process was so smooth and his team is great! We got our concrete removed and they poured new concrete. They were so kind to answer all of our questions and even made a last minute change! No other company would do that I’m sure of it! After our new concrete was poured they came out to install our patio cover, every person involved took pride in their work and were so careful with our property. We also added electrical outlets, a fan and a couple of skylights which I think tie everything together very well. They know exactly what they are doing! Now our house is the house where everyone wants to gather, this project really transformed our home and we can’t be any happier to see the final result. We get compliments from left to right, and most importantly this project gave a purpose and joy to friends, family and our house. Thank you Pacific Builders for building projects that will last a lifetime.
