Update: 1 month after project:
My family and I still have been unable to fully enjoy the outdoor space.
Getting Marcelo and team to return and finalize the project has been very disappointing to say the least. Walk-through after project finished revealed some areas that were incomplete or not efficiently done. To date: My husband and I have made several attempts to finalize a date for Marcelo to return and complete the job and have been given the run around and even after days are given, he never ultimately shows up. In the service industry, reliability and honesty are critical. I can no longer recommend this builder for future projects.
Where do I begin? After several failed attempts to get anyone in this business to even call me back and get me a quote, Marcelo returned my call immediately, gave me a fair and honest price, and in a matter of days , him and his team got to work. The transformation of my backyard has been remarkable. I will highly recommend Pearls Deck Builder Orlando for their quality of work, diligence to not just get the job done but get it done right!! My husband and I are very happy customers and can’t wait to enjoy this beautiful space with family and friends.
After having a truly horrendous experience with another contractor who left my project mid-work, I was beyond grateful to find Marcelo. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive — returning my call promptly, coming out for a site visit the very next day, and even meeting me the following day to select materials.
Marcelo brought my vision to life even better than I imagined. He and his team worked so hard, were consistently professional and friendly, and paid close attention to every detail.
No project goes 100% smoothly, but when we hit a few small bumps along the way, Marcelo handled them perfectly. His communication throughout the entire process was top-notch, which made all the difference. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in the work being done.
