   The five stars are for the employees Kelly, Geno, and Annette with exceptional customer service. There was one misinformed tech support.
   With that being said the difficulty of speaking to anyone on the weekend deserves no stars.
   The employees have to spend a lot of time apologizing for the lack of no call backs and no one answering the calls. They deserve better. I’m not the only one mentioning this in a review.

   Sundance Village Reservations

   We have been trying for 2 weeks now to get service at our resort for a router that is not working. We have very unhappy guests now that can not access the internet in our clubhouse. I will be encouraging them to go ahead and make a review and call Phoenix Internet. Their brochures are put up throughout our resort so it does not look to good on their end.
   We were also wanting to add services to our resort as well. Apparently, they are not interested in our business. We have been on hold for over 15 minutes at times and then just sent straight to a voicemail. At one time we actually were able to talk to a live person who then went to say they were all in a meeting so no one was going to answer anyway. We have sent emails that come back as received but still no return call has been made. This has to be the worst customer service and support I have ever experienced.

   Jorge from Phoenix internet is the man! We have had them for 10 years and had an issue with some equipment so he came out and got us set back up. Great service!! I honestly couldn’t be happier and the level of professionalism is unmatched. Thanks. No starlink needed here.

   Never works and no answer for customer service. Since the company was bought 2 months ago it has gone totally down hill. Always excuses. Customer service phone goes to voicemail.

   Updated review: It’s now been 3 weeks. Customer support says we put in a ticket. No tech checkups – nothing. Pretty much they do nothing and I would look for a new ISP. All downhill the last few months.

   4+ weeks now: Same story. No response no tech. No nothing. Will be swapping.

   Update 8 weeks later: Same issue. No tech help. No nothing constantly disconnecting. Find a new isp.

   FIRST, the office and sales reps are wonderful, they made everything so very easy. And Phoenix Internet is absolutely the best form of internet that I’ve ever had. For the last 2 years I’ve had a difficulty with all my wireless printers, speakers, lighting. 10 minutes after install EVERYTHING WORKED. And it’s speed in absolutely amazing. In addition, the installer, mine was Manuel was fantastic. Cleaned up, worked quietly, and took no time at all to complete the installation. The other awesome thing… I was able to keep my network name and password. So everything connected without me having to log in to 25 different wireless connections.
   BTW, no one related to or, known by me works for Phoenix Internet. I got it based on my neighbors praising the product. DO I RECOMMEND PHOENIX INTERNET? WITHOUT A DOUBT I DO! ❤️❤️❤️
