   I usually don’t rate businesses low unless there’s a compelling reason. I had scheduled an appraisal with this company, but I sat at home all day, waiting for them to show up. They didn’t show up, and I wasn’t even informed that they wouldn’t be there. I waited another day for a response, but when I contacted them, they told me that they had been “baked up” and therefore decided not to show up or even notify me. Things happens I get it, but locking someone all day without any sort of communication not ok!

   We needed some concrete footings poured for an outdoor gazebo we’re building at our house in Fernley. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and knocked out the job in a couple of days. Solid work from start to finish, and they explained everything clearly before they got started.
