   Were happy with the product we received and loving our new patio. Ryan, in the yard, is awesome. We had purchased some select bluestone and needed just a little more to finish the job. Initially we were told getting more was easy, just come grab it when needed. Unfortunately, the new lot was a different color and thickness. After visiting with a few employees we were getting discouraged and figuring out how to finish the job in a way we could make work, but didn’t love, using what they had. Fortunately as we were in the yard digging and visiting Ryan came into the picture. He knew what we were after and helped us find what we needed. On top of that he was kind enough to help us sort through to get the right color and sizes, etc. With his help we were able to finish the project as hoped and initially planned. It’s been rare to find someone with the customer service like Ryan has… he’s truly rocks!

   They advertise pallets of Flagstone for 500 as shown in the attached picture but when you get down there, they charge you double. Should be illegal.

   Spoke to “Kay” today. Though she answered a couple of my questions, she was not personable and did not offer the best customer service. She basically hung up on me as soon as she could and didn’t bother saying bye. Their prices are also at least 25% higher than average, unfortunately.

   Been using them for years. During our last purchase there was an issue with the stock from the quarry. Dexter helped us fix the issue and made sure we were very taken care. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our end results looked good. Can’t recommend this place enough!

   We are new to Reno, and are learning about the different businesses. Yesterday we had a delivery of pavers from Design Outdoor by Site One. Chuck introduced himself to us before unloading. He was friendly, polite, and careful with our order. Watching him maneuver a three-wheeled forklift in a tight area was impressive! Thank you!
