   Definitely recommend this company. Seth and his crew did demo and hardie board siding with board and batten, new soffit and fascia. Gave them a challenge to deal with the rock and they knocked it out of the park. There were many unique challenges but they conquered them all. Jon and his crew handled caulking and painting soft wash. Which was a challenge again with the rock. They even put a sealant on the rock. Awesome job , beautiful. Awesome to deal with from initial quote very detailed all the way to completed work. Honest, hard working, they take pride in their work. Dependable extremely pleasant crew, professional. Job well done. Thank you guys so much for making our home and garage beautiful again. Greg & Donna

   Despite the delays on my siding and widow replacement, Spartan Exteriors did an excellent job on the entire project. The owner and their entire workforce were professional, friendly, and fair. Their pricing is reasonable for the sheer amount of due diligence they do on their work. Overall I would entirely recommend them for the quality of work they do.

   I wanted to give a special mention to Nicholas Campbell. When they switched foremen, due to that delay on the windows and doors, Nicholas took over as foreman. He is a hard working man who with minimal complaint personally takes on hard work to finish the job. He was out at my home over a month after the widows and siding were completed to modify the siding for an exterior shower. Worked until almost 10pm and left only when his task was complete. That level of work ethic is not easily obtainable in this millenia and I cannot commend him anymore without physically giving him a medal.

   Overall, these guys do very good work. If you are looking to get any exterior work redone they will absolutely give you a quality product along with some excellent customer service along the way.

   They are the best!!! Very professional, communicative, and skilled. Completely transformed our home. Seth and his team were amazing and did all the demolition and siding, and John and his team did an amazing job painting. They were here early and stayed late, and constantly communicated with us, as did the office staff. We had an awful and costly experience with the prior contractor that replaced our roof and repaired the hurricane damage. Our experience with Spartan was AMAZING! Great company and people!

   The construction and painting crews from Spartan Exteriors renovated our tired house into a sharp new home. Seth led the demolition and construction crew. He explained the work process and communicated the project progress to us. His crew worked diligently to remove existing materials, repair any structural damage and replace it with Hardie siding. Jonathan and his paint crew finished off the project. First, they sealed and caulked the siding; then, they finished the project by painting the house. Seth and Jonathan were polite, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Both crews were professional, hardworking and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.

   We hired Spartan LLC to install new siding and soffit on my home, and the experience was great from start to finish. Jimmy and the rest of the crew were professional, showed up when they said they would, and kept the work area clean. The quality of the work really stands out—the house looks completely refreshed and the details were done right. Communication was clear throughout the project, and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing exterior work.
