   Words can’t truly express how thrilled my wife and I are about this project addition! When building our home in 2018; we always felt cheated that there wasn’t a model with a bigger patio, but now feel like this is what our home was meant to look like. Jim and his crew made this addition look seamless; as if it was there from the ground up. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe him and his team. They were professional, attentive, courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable, joyful, prompt, tidy, safe, reliable, and overall cool and easy to communicate with…I could go on and on. Impeccable attention to detail and they followed through on everything they said they would follow up on. Mario went above and beyond everyday he was here on site; micro managing everything trying to perfect all that he could. Even the city inspectors marveled about the quality of the work and one even asked for the website/contact information to inquire about a quote also. Pleasantly pleased with this company/transaction. Hassle-free and zero complaints. Overall great experience!!!

   Absolutely thrilled with our new patio cover! Jim and team were in my experience, the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They were communicative, on time (amazing), friendly & willing to work with you, professional, and highly recommended.

   Our house built in 1997 didn’t come with a patio cover. We’ve been wanting a cover so bad due to the heat, and just really wanted to make our backyard a space to relax and enjoy. It was really just a dirt lot with weeds. Very gross. Got in contact with Jim who we really connected well with and his price was affordable for what we were asking for. Started the construction late Aug and finished it around the middle of October 2020 during COVID time. His team did a wonderful job. From the construction, to the electricians, masonry, dry wall, roofing; my husband and I couldn’t be more happy.

   You can tell the temperature difference with the patio. All my friends and family love it and now I can’t get rid of them when they want to come over, haha.

   Jim Branshaw

   Jim Stafford is great to work with! He took care of County Permits and HOA application. He helped come up with our design and structural construction materials. Scope of work was to remove existing patio roof, and build new patio cover (larger and taller). Estimated six weeks, but project was done in four weeks. Crew was on site daily. Good communication. We are very pleased with the entire process.
   We highly recommend Stafford Home and Patio for your projects.
   Note: I am a retired builder/Project Manager, and I have high expectations for Contractors. Jim Stafford full filled my expectations.

   Mike Huffaker

   I had three 6″ patio posts that were needing replacement. Staffford responded quickly and the 3 posts were removed, replaced, painted and the site cleaned up in just a few hours. They used support bases that were superior to what had originally been installed 40 years ago that keep the post base about an inch above the concrete that should reduce future rot. I felt the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

   Jim is amazing. He quickly responded to our numerous questions, didn’t bat an eye when we scaled back our ambitious patio plans, and personally supervised every phase of the project. His commitment to our satisfaction was consistently evident. Jim obviously loves his work and just so happens to be a really nice guy too! Our patio is exactly what we wanted and we are extremely pleased. Do not hesitate to call Stafford Home and Patio!
