   I was extremely pleased with Tampa Deck Builders. I sought recommendations through ChatGPT, and TDB came up immediately. They provided an estimate to tear down and replace my old, rotted deck that exceeded my expectations based on other quotes I received. Within five days of accepting their bid, I had a brand-new, extremely well-constructed deck. During the construction, I made a few changes to my original plan, which the owner, Bob, quickly accommodated without additional expense. The construction crew was polite, hard-working, and obviously highly skilled at their craft. I would highly recommend Tampa Deck Builders without hesitation.

   I made an appointment with Bob from Tampa Deck Builders on a Tuesday. He came by, gathered all the details needed to provide a quote, and assured me I would receive it by Friday. However, after waiting for over a week with no update, Bob finally informed me that my project didn’t meet their price minimum of $20,000.

   While I understand their decision to turn down the business, the delay in communication was frustrating, especially since we were depending on a timely response to move forward.

   I’m sure Tampa Deck Builders provides quality service based on their website, but unfortunately, we won’t have the chance to experience it. I hope their follow-up process improves for future clients.

   Tampa Deck Builders went above and beyond to make my new deck look fantastic! I love how easy they were to work with! As if we’d known each other for years! The workers knew what they were doing. And if you need a reliable deck builder these guys are the one!
