I know irrigation repair is on the rise right now due to the drought however I will never use/recommend this company even if they were the only ones in business. JR came out to provide me a quote to fix my system and wanted to charge me 225 to glue some pvc pipe back together. When I told him that was too much he dropped the price (190) and when I said it was too much, he said he would call the office and try to lower the price again. I bought the glue (8) and fixed the issue myself. I know there is a bigger issue with my system but I refuse to use a company who will try and take advantage of their customers. Do yourself a favor and save some money by going to another company.
ACS came highly recommended, and did respond quickly. However their van got stuck in my yard, leaving a huge mess. There was no offer to fix the damage. Charged me a $75 service fee. And then quoted me $3275 to fix the pump, control panel and tank.
I called a second plumber for a second opinion. He fixed it within a few hours for $250 control panel. And did not tear up my yard.
Editing to ad that in less than 24 hours of this review the company contacted me to discuss my concerns, and refund me the cost of the service fee. I felt my issue with going directly to the most expensive repair option was taken seriously and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
Our sprinkler system wouldn’t turn on. Apparently, the sprinkler overflow valve wasn’t working. Javier and Jose went down to the store and picked one up. They installed it along with new pipes. We then began testing. I am glad we did. We found out that I had two more broken sprinkler heads. After the quick replacement; Javier and Jose inspected each one and made sure they were all working . Both Javier and Jose were commendable in their service and knowledge. Thank you for this experience.
Completely UNRELIABLE & Unprofessional! After sending me an appointment reminder (via text) the day of my appointment, “Jr” text me back 30mins later and said they needed to reschedule. I was a little annoyed since I waited a week for the appointment, but I agreed to reschedule the appointment for the following week. Again the day of the appointment I was told that they had “significant delays because of the holiday” and would need to move it a couple of more days, which was today. Needless to say I waited 3 hours and even tried calling to verify that they were coming. No one showed up and they didn’t even have the decency to call or text!! A complete waste of my time! If anyone has a recommendation for a real business, please let me know!!
Great work. Poor follow up service!! Been trying for a month to try to have them come and adjust sprinklers (wetting street)promises tomorrow>>>>never shows up!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY…..WASTED $425😭no one in his right mind should hire this outfit. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO FOLLOW . !!!!!!!expensive too!!!!
