   Augustin solved all my irrigation problems on approx a half acre! I wish I had met him sooner! He installed new systems I had never seen for problem areas. He told me how to file for a $200 rebate on the new controller he installed. There is no one better at problem solving for irrigation. He is honest, prompt and extremely competent. I consider him a friend; he has helped me so much!!!

   I met and hired Agustin a few years back. He has done excellent work for me in updating my irrigation system with both sprinklers and a new irrigation system timer box. When I had an unrelated PVC pipe leak, he responded quickly and repaired the problem. I have found him to be friendly, honest, professional, and he has some of the best communication skills I have found out there. I would highly recommend Agustin’s Irrigation Service. People like him are hard to find these days.

   I have used Agustin’s irrigation service on many occasions including sprinkler valve failure identification and replacement, controller replacement, and system troubleshooting.
   He can do it all. On his last visit, he checked out what I thought was a sprinkler leak. But he found out it was a water break at my neighbor’s water meter. Agustin’s early diagnosis saved me erosion issues in my backyard and for my neighbor – money.
   Thank you, Agustin, for your get-right-to-the-point attitude and professional expertise.

   We had a disappointing experience with Agustin, who canceled the job on us the night before he was supposed to go fix our sprinklers simply because we asked “too many questions” 🤣. We asked basic/reasonable questions like whether he offered a warranty, and whether we could get a receipt upon payment. Instead of clear answers, he became defensive, arguing that the job was “too small” ($325) to warrant any guarantees, saying, “What is there to warrant anyway? It’s a simple job, it’s not like it’s a $2,000 job” (his exact words). A great and honest worker would treat every job with equal dedication, regardless of the pay, knowing that each task is an investment in future opportunities. For someone claiming to have been in the industry for so long, does he not realize that parts can have manufacturing defects? Another reviewer mentioned he tends to talk over customers… that is absolutely accurate! (My husband couldn’t get a word in)

   If you’re confident in your work, why get offended over a warranty question? This job may have been $325, but we’ll definitely be looking elsewhere for larger projects on our properties. He also got upset that we didn’t mention it was a rental property, which is completely irrelevant to the task (maybe he thinks he could have charged more?).

   In the end, we’re glad this lazy and greedy individual revealed his true colors and canceled, sparing us the misfortune of working with him. We found someone much nicer and more professional to complete the “small job” the very next day, offering a one-year full warranty at less than half the cost Agustin quoted. Now that’s someone who truly takes pride in their work.

   We found Augustin to be extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. His prices are reasonable, he’s easy to work with and kept us informed with all the work he was doing. Irrigation work done included repairing broken pipes, replacing sprinkler heads, repairing valves and water pressure reducer, as well as repairing the automatic timer system. So glad we have Agustin as our go-to irrigation specialist and we highly recommend him.
