   Andy’s Sprinklers, Lighting and Drainage (specifically Zach Darden) was very professional. 1) Zach returned calls promptly, and established clear commitments and expectations. 2) He provided advanced notice when he was on the way to the job site. 3) He showed up on time. 4) He worked hard the entire time without using the phone to call friends or accept communication from others. 5) When finished, he walked me around and showed me the results of his work.

   Having used many companies over the years, this level of professionalism is unusual, unexpected and very much appreciated. It demonstrates a respect for the customer which is missing in much of today’s work culture.

   Zach’s pricing was honest and fair. While I’m sure I was, I didn’t get the impression that I was part of an upsell campaign. Again, this is unusual today. Zach encouraged me to watch if I wanted, with the triple purpose of teaching me that it’s not always as easy as it looks, showing me how it should be done properly, and to provide an appreciation of the work being completed. All were appreciated.

   I would recommend Andy’s, and Zach, if you are in need of someone to fix an older and tired sprinkler system for a fair price. Great job, and thank you.

   I am new to sprinkler systems and I chose Andy’s sprinklers based on their 5 star reviews. I feel confident that I made the right choice! I was able to schedule the service online through their website and it was super easy. My tech was Ezequiel. He let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done and went over the packages that the companies offer as well as his personal recommendations on what i actually need without trying to upsell me the moon and the stars like a lot of companies do. He was super fast with the couple repairs that needed to be done. The cost was very reasonable. It’s only my first service but I feel Andy’s is an honest and reliable company, especially with techs like Ezequiel!

   Odilon Mendoza cane to my house to inspect my sprinkler system after an unusually high water bill. He and his teammate quickly found the leak and completed their inspection of my system. They explained the issues and gave me an estimate to repair. After finishing the repair, they walked me through the changes they have made.

   Odilón was very thorough. I would definitely recommend him.
