   Big City Irrigation has upgraded my irrigation system with the Rachio WiFi Smart Sprinkler Controller (8-Zone Irrigation Remote Control) – App-Based Scheduling, Local Weather Intelligence system. The new system is convenient and easy to use!!!! Will definitely help with reducing my water usage. Big City Irrigation’s installation was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend them for your replacement or new irrigation system.

   I called Big City Irrigation to do an inspection on my irrigation system. The technician showed up on time and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We decided to upgrade my old Rainbird system to a Rachio Gen 3 smart controller. This is an awesome upgrade. It’s so easy to program your watering days on the included app. Game changer.

   We had Brian come out today to look at some of our broken sprinkler heads. Brian was on time and the epitome of professionalism and oh so knowledgeable. He took pictures of all of the zones so we could see the issues with each one. After reviewing the pictures, he replaced the broken heads with more efficient heads that will help us regulate the runtimes. In addition , he installed a new Rachio controller that will allow us to control the sprinklers from our phones. How cool is that? He also dug up a broken line that our gas company had broken as a courtesy. Brian is A+ and I would recommend Big City to anyone needing this type of service.

   I was digging around in the yard removing some shrubs and then realized the next day or two that the water wasn’t coming on. I found the wires and I snipped them outside the boundaries I was removing shrubs from and replaced it with fresh new wire. However that did not solve my problem I ended up calling Big City Irrigation to come out and fix everything. They put corrosive free brand new connectors to the new wires and also recommended that I update my timer. My timer was from 1999. So I updated to the new Rachio model timer. It does more than timing water cycles. I like the app. Very easy to use. I recommend using Big City Irrigation for all your irrigation needs.

   My aunt recommended Big City to me to get my irrigation system up and running. We purchased our house a few years back, the irrigation was already installed but had been neglected. I called Big City and talked to Irma who is extremely professional and courteous! Bryan and Nathan came out on time and did an outstanding job bringing the irrigation system back to life! Bryan is very knowledgeable and a pro! Bryan recommended a new Rachio smart timer which was installed. The Rachio smart timer is great, control of my irrigation system in the palm of your hands. Rachio is connected to the internet, so if it rains,, the system will not come on saving water and you money from unneeded watering. I have found my irrigation company for life. Don’t hesitate to call Big City, you will not be disappointed!
