   My sprinkler pump went out last week and I called Bruce Hage and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and replace it. I requested an appointment for the following week. I received a phone call and a text confirming the date and time within 48 hours.

   The technician, Tanner, arrived at the scheduled time, explained the process and provided an estimate. He also said he would check the sprinkler heads to make sure everything was working properly after replacing the pump. Tanner replaced the pump, checked the system and replaced three sprinkler nozzle heads in the front and one sprinkler in the back. Tanner was professional, courteous and did an excellent job. The final invoice price came in at the lower end of the estimate which was also a nice surprise.

   I highly recommend Bruce Hage Irrigation for all your lawn sprinkler needs, especially if you get an employee like Tanner to complete the work.

   Very pleased with this company. They quoted a fair price and did good work. John, the tech was very good at communicating with me and Emily at the office was very nice to work with. When you can’t count on a lot of things these days, it is nice to know that there are businesses out there that take care of the customer!

   Tried to book a consultation. First time i had to leave a voicemail. They never responded to that after 3 weeks. Finally called them again, and they told me they would get l try to get a consultation by the following week. That came and went without so much as a phone call or update. They don’t seem to want my business even though it’s potentially a big job. Going to have to find someone else. It’s a shame because they were highly recommended to me.

   Called Hage to fix sprinkler head and while here they replaced several heads and when i paid the bill, notified them and called several more times that one head i had called about still wasnt fixed. They said would send someone out to check it.

   Weeks later they finally sent someone out to look at it and while here rechecked the other work the last guy did. Then get a new bill over $400 when i was never told they would charge me again for work that was supposedly done the last time.

   BTW that one sprinkler ive had them out for still was never corrected.
