My technician was awesome. Explained multiple options, and did not pressure me to any one. Performed the work needed, and gave a quote for work that can be done later. I have worked with them before and always had amazing service
It’s never fun to have to replace irrigation: the cost and the work of finding a reputable business. Carroll and the team were fantastic and everything that I would look for. They were easy to schedule. Great about following up. Fair in pricing. The product (with the warranty/maintenance package) was excellent. In addition to offering the ongoing care and maintenance, I haven’t had to worry about scheduling, as they’re proactive in their follow-up and great about customer support.

Had CR replace my irrigation system earlier in the year, and they did a wonderful job. Just had an unrelated spa PVC leak, sent them an email on a Sunday, and they had it fixed by Monday afternoon. Super friendly, responsive, and capable company. Everyone who works there is super nice. Of all the trades I’ve had to engage with on a substantial remodel and subsequent home maintenance (AZ is hard on houses) for the past four years, Controlled Rain is definitely the #1 vendor that I’ve met out here, for sure. Super competitive pricing, too. My take is that they are super honest and do not try to gouge you like so many trades do.
Robert at Controlled Rain was fantastic to work with. He promptly fixed several sprinkler issues and took the time to patiently walk me through programming my irrigation timers, so I felt confident doing it myself. He was friendly, professional, and right on time. I highly recommend Controlled Rain and Robert for any irrigation needs.
Great service promptly dealt with my call, and helped pick the right landscape lighting transformer and installed it within 24 hrs. Brilliant service, as usual. I have use Controlled Rain quite a few times for my irrigation needs as well and they always deliver high quality work within a prompt response time.
