At my request, they refreshed my system, but without asking me he changed the type of sprinkler heads we had to a different type which leave areas of my yard unwatered. This was confirmed by TRADS who put range gauges by the sprinkler heads and after running the system several times they were completely dry. Chris comes out and makes a few changes, but he basically doesn’t accept conversation and when I tell him that I like the old heads better, which did work perfectly before they were broken he tells me the old heads wouldn’t work because there’s not enough water pressure. That’s obviously rubbish because the old ones worked fine. When I called to ask him rectify the problem sprinklers he complained that he’d been out four times without payment. I pointed out that he came out to rectify problems that were caused at time of install. Basically we cannot use the system at the moment and despite me asking Chris to come out and make it right he didn’t turn up and ignores texts. Follow up service is just as important as the initial service if not more important and Cornerstone Irrigation are sadly lacking in this area. We will now have to pay somebody else to come out to make the system usable. They were extremely disappointing in the lack of friendly follow up service. It’s now so awkward that we can’t call them because every call is met with extreme negativity. Not recommended.
*UPDATE. In response to Cornerstone’s response to my review, I can state that their statement is an out and out lie. I paid the invoice immediately. I have all documentation to prove this. Chris just didn’t want to do any follow up without additional payments. If only he stood behind his work, my review would have been totally different. This review was earned. Customers beware.
I HIGHLY recommend Cornerstone Irrigation. We needed our whole sprinkler system rerouted after having a pool built. The guys did a great job, efficient & professional. When I needed a few sprinkler heads redirected so they wouldn’t spray on my garden, the guys came back out and spent time with me installing different sprinkler heads and making sure it was exactly what I needed. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and on time. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
This is my new irrigation company moving forward ! Chris and team were professional and trustworthy. Fair work at a fair price – extremely grateful for their service. Communication was excellent, they were on time and delivered. Highly recommend.
Logan and Ryland came out the same day we called and looked at our irrigation system. Both of them were super helpful, fixed a busted pipe, and replaced some sprinkler heads. They were very thorough and efficient and they provided us with very helpful tips. Would not hesitate to recommend them to other people 💯.
Wow!!! Have never used Cornerstone previously. Decided to call after a neighbor suggested when my irrigation lines were damaged by another contractor. They responded very quickly and were communicative with schedule. Fair pricing and very friendly. Have now set them up as my “go to” irrigation experts. Thanks again!
