   We have had two mini split system installed by Daniel’s, on two separate properties, within the past few years. Both times Robbie Westby has been our project manager, and has done a fantastic job keeping the job moving smoothly.

   Tim and Willy were our installers and they did an excellent job. Both were super friendly, professional, and courteous. They delivered the job on time and made sure we were in the loop on all decisions. They worked with us to accommodate our preferred unit placements and offered good solutions to on site issues.

   We would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

   EDIT There was a glitch in their payment system and they fixed it.

   For $900 dollars they fixed a zone valve. It only took 2 hours. They attempted to fix my leaky sink, but didn’t. The plumber was polite but the price is highway robbery $900 for 2 hours and $70.00 in parts!

   We recently researched adding a split mini system and inquired with many vendors. Daniels was amazing. Their technician Jack was so friendly, informative, and laid back. Daniels price for the unit was the cheapest and the interactions with everyone at Daniels was professional, kind, and friendly. Our install was scheduled quickly and the day of install the installers arrived and were kind, efficient and caring. Adrian, one of the installers, even asked about our pets, so he could keep and eye on them and make sure they stayed calm during the install. This service was amazing and I am so glad that Daniels is available to provide service in Santa Fe.

   I had Carrier mini splits installed in my home about a month ago with Daniel’s and I highly recommend them! I did quite a bit of research on my own before getting quotes/recommendations from several companies for installation. Robbie was by far the most thorough and communicative.. He answered all of my questions and then some. He was very thorough in determining my exact needs and expectations in designing the system for my home and made me feel more comfortable than anyone else in moving forward with the project. Tim did the installation and also did a fabulous job! The installation was done quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Robbie and Tim also alerted me to a leak that had so far gone undetected- a problem that I was happy to be alerted to before it did major damage. They were kind enough make themselves available to discuss the problem with contractors to help identify the issue. Overall I had a great experience with Daniel’s. Not only are their prices very competitive, but their attention to detail and thoroughness are unmatched!

   I had a new propane boiler installed for the radiant heat in my house. Charles Torres came with his apprentice Keanu. I can’t say enough for how pleased and satisfied I am with their work. Charles worked for three days here, and his skill and qualities appeared superb. He accommodated all my questions with thorough answers, and was hardworking without breaks. I think he went above and beyond to be sure the work was done correctly and thoroughly. He seemed very ethical and professional. My boiler is functioning well, and I am more than pleased with the outcome. I would give him a 5 plus for a rating.
