Timely, professional, thorough. Provided us with a variety of options and able to repair/reset the lines same day. Adam walked us through everything. Can’t wait to have them update the lighting in a few days!
We had to do some repairs for our irrigation system which was not properly functioning in the backyard and leaking in the front yard. Our experience with fixthedrip was smooth from initial contact to setting up the appt; total time from start to finish was 3 days, so they are highly responsive. They spent 4 hours redoing the irrigation and walked us through the new setup. Highly recommend them for your irrigation needs .
I am very happy with the service and the technician. Nick was great to work with and very helpful explaining my system to me. I had used Fix the Drip at a previous residence and that is why I wanted to have them take care of the system at my new residence. They were great then and didn’t disappoint now. I would definitely recommend them!
FixTheDrip really impressed my husband and me. We had a leak detection company come out because our water bill was much higher than normal. We found out we had a leak in our irrigation valve manifold. We called FixTheDrip after seeing them recommended by someone on my community’s Facebook page. We were given a quote, accepted it, and the work was completed beautifully. Once it was completed, we were told the price ended up actually being less than we were quoted, which was a great surprise and showed the technician’s honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to friends and family.
We had an irrigation leak from somewhere under our driveway. Jake did a great job of digging around and finding both ends of the tube, replacing it, and getting it working again. Very convenient, had the parts he needed in the van, and took payment securely via credit card app.
