Went to purchase parts and for the first time in 18+ years doing irrigation i was asked for a phone number instead of a company name. Are they starting up their own version of a horizon V.I.P. program?
Frys, Bashas, Albertsons, Safeway, Walgreens, etc. All ask for a phone number before they start scanning groceries. I’ve never been asked for a phone number to start with. Apparently this place asks for phone numbers all day long! 1st odd experience at horizon.

Been coming here almost 30 years when it was Mesa Sprinkler. Consistently hire great employees. Always very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience as always
Contacted these guys about pavers, got a price from the woman on the phone, spent 15 minutes on the phone going through all the measurements and information, then when I got the quote it was higher than what she told me. Just didn’t appreciate the bait and switch.
