I contacted Mr. Sprinkler on Tuesday for a semi-emergency, large break in a deeply embedded drip line. Mary Ann in customer service called me within minutes of submitting my online request and scheduled a Thursday morning appointment. Oscar, the lead technician communicated his ETA and was early! That never happens. He listened and was professional, friendly and courteous. He and his team of four fixed the issue and then tested the system. They found a major leak in the front valves where root grown had wrapped and broken pipes. This explained the big jump in our water bill that started last year. The guys excavated the area and in total spent over 3 hours sawing and removing massive roots then repairing and replacing the pipes and valves. Never did they try to upsell and I thought the price for the work was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend calling them first!
I’ve used Mr. Sprinkler Repair for several years and am always pleased with their service. I installed my system myself 40 years ago and have always done repairs myself. I’m at the age that I have difficulty digging and getting on my hands and knees to access the sprinklers. Antonio was polite, efficient and understanding. I would heartily recommend Mr. Sprinkler and especially Antonio.

Daniel arrived right in time and conducted a careful, thorough, and professional examination of my sprinkler system. He was honest and gave me a “green light good-to-go” after replacing a couple of sprinkler heads to provide improved and more efficient coverage. I was most impressed and will definitely do business with Mr.Sprinkler again. Good Job!
Asked Daniel for a follow up visit after one of the Sprinkler had a blockage. He came on time And took care of it and explained how things work and even reset the schedule for watering flowers. He is honest and an excellent professional. I highly recommend this business
