   IRS- Irrigation Repair Services is an excellent company.Lance (Owner) is professional, polite and knowledgeable. We needed a new irrigation system for our entire property as the old one was no longer functional. Lance surveyed the property and created a new system tailored to our property. The new system was efficient and covered the property plants/bushes/trees completely.
   IRS crew arrived punctually on the appointed date and time. The crew is professional/polite and installed the new system as Lance had designed it. The crew cleaned up the property upon completion of the job. The crew then walked us through the entire property making sure all components were working properly and ensuring we were happy with their work. We are!
   Highly recommend IRS for any irrigation issue.

   I have used irrigation repair services 3 times. Each time, David’s work was above and beyond my expectation. David answered all my questions, did clean jobs and ran thorough tests after his repair. I have confidence in the quality of the repair.

   I should have hired these guys first. David was thorough, transparent, and professional. He had the right knowledge to assess our irrigation drip system and took care of it same day. We’ll only be using IRS for future work and referrals.

   While in Indonesia a PM said tenant reported problems with irrigation. I messaged to try Hernandez Irrigation as another vendor failed to return call to PM. He came, he determined the problem and made the repairs. Can’t complain 👍

   I hired Irrigation Repair Services to fix irrigation sprinkler system because of blocked/broken lines. Worker recommended replacement of main valve / vacuum breaker upon initial inspection. I approved commencement of the work. Two hours later the worker said he had completed repairs and must leave and presented me with a $905.00 bill. I later realized that nothing had been done on the irrigation lines whatsoever. He had switched out the main valves and reduced my irrigation lines from 4 down to 2, but my Orbit was still running 4 lines at main control? All of my drip line heads had been turned off during the work but not returned to watering by the technician prior to his departure . That’s important to know in this heat. You could lose all your landscaping. Nothing had changed. When I requested assistance from owner, Lance, he said he would come and inspect personally. A day before scheduled appointment he advised he would not be attending and original worker would be over to address my concerns.. I expressed the fact that I felt I was placed in an uncomfortable situation, having to deal with the same worker I originally had challenges with. I asked Lance if further remuneration was expected for any work to finish the job and he advised the original worker would assess the situation and make that determination. Based upon my existing experience with the worker, (who had advised me that he could complete any additional required work on the side at a reduced rate) I advised Lance that if any further payment was going to be demanded to complete the work they were hired for then to just cancel appointment. I next received a cancellation of appointment message via email from the Company. I priced out the materials used in the replacement of the valve and vacuum breaker at $200.00 cost retail. Based on the two hours spent on my system at a charge of $905.00 it appears that the companies labor rate averages $350.00 Per Hour. To add insult to injury, my existing valve was operational…perhaps not up to par, but it was not what I needed repairs on currently. The sprinkler system was what I hired them to repair. And the job was never completed. in the end, owner Lance was cavalier and condescending and could care less as it appears to me. Swindled and Sorry!
