   Jessie is a con man. Quoted me for repairs approximately $750. Told me I needed a new backflow kit. Could get for $100 used or $200 for new. I asked how much for labor. He said he doesn’t charge by hour. Told me job would take a long while so I’m thinking he figured that $500 was labor. Completed work then and I asked for receipt because he said he had to put new backflow preventer and it came with 1 year warranty. I asked for receipt. Kept sending me a receipt that obviously was for my parts. He the stated” why you doing me this way”. After continuously asking for receipt he told me he was coming to house either he getting a check or he was gonna take up his parts. I told him if he brings receipt with warranty he was gonna get paid, but do not come to house without my permission. He came with deputies. I talked to deputies and allowed him to remove and get out of my yard. He removes his and didn’t put mine back way he found. This guy is a scam. Installed item (first pic). After removing his and leaving mine not how he found (second pic).

   In 16 years of home ownership I’ve never dealt with a worse company in all this time. After 5 trips to the house the system they attempted to repair has pipes that leak around the heads. I was quoted $1500 to repair everything originally. This was to replace all heads and fix anything else that might need it. That quickly went to $3500 to fix all the old pipes and. Electrical. They did not dig up a single pipe and only replaced all the heads after their 5th trip to the house. I ran the system tonight and none of the new heads were screwed on all the way and 80% of the spray heads in the flower beds around the perimeter were set to spray the house not the grounds. Stay away from these people. After all this hassle I now have to call a real professional to get my irrigation system working properly.

   Not only did they respond to my request for a quote immediately, they came the next day to complete the work. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and got the job done right. The job: replace several sprinkler heads with better ones, adjust all so that the lawn received complete coverage, fixed several broken heads, repair two broken pipes, and adjust pressure.

   Very response and friendly but install of a garbage disposal went dismally wrong. Wiring blew he breaker when I tried to run dishwasher, and Oh, drain hoses transposed and dishwasher didn’t drain but FLOODED my laminate floor. Going to cost me 4 x a much or more to fix the install.

   Really zero stars! Came to repair sprinkler system that would not turn off. Voluntarily gave a year warranty on the work. It was during the fall, so the system was not used again until spring. After turning it on, the replaced valve failed immediately, and the very same issue occurred again. Called him to come out to check on it noting that it was under warranty. He said text him the address and he would be out that afternoon. Two days passed. Text and called him numerous times since and he did not answer the calls, nor did he respond to text messages. This is my first ever review of any company. I’m just that hurt and disappointed. Beware!
