   We’ve had recurring issues with our aging tankless hot-water heater, and Carlos has done a lot of work to keep it going longer. He clearly knows what he’s doing and has always provided excellent customer service. James in general has been easy to get ahold of and quick to send help when we need it. Highly recommend this company!

   I called James Plumbing to fix an issue and not only did someone answer the phone on the first ring but actually sent someone over the SAME DAY! Daniel was friendly, respectful and took care of the issue in a timely manner. The cost was extremely reasonable. I am so happy to have found a plumber that is reliable and good. James Plumbing is my new plumber!

   Joseph Shaffer

   I needed a plumber to come by and check a shower faucet. Good
   pressure; no hot water. The bathroom sink has hot water so I
   thought it is a shower cartridge. Daniel arrived on time; replaced cartridge in shower valve and adjusted temperature controls; restored hot water. James Plumbing and Heating scheduled my project in 1 day; left the area clean. Thanks JPH… I highly recommend JPH and Daniel.

   We had a well pump go out on New Years Eve and made a mess of our hot water and heating. The filters and system were a mess. Carlos came and cleaned out the system and replaced all the filters. He even fixed out hot water.
   I would recommend Jame’s Plumbing. Carlos showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful and got the job done.

   Issac came at the appointed time, was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Helped me figure out my old heating system and offered an estimate for replacement. Highly recommend!
