   First time here this past weekend. The customer service was top notch! Walk in, order at the counter. If you don’t know all your irrigation needs the staff will walk you through it. They stock Netafim and Rainbird mainly but did not have all the accessories for each, hence the 4/5. Price is very competitive for improved product vs home stores.

   While redoing our backyard, a friend recommended Lane Irrigation Equipment Co. for our outdoor lighting. I know absolutely nothing about construction or lighting, so I walked in feeling a bit out of my depth. But Gregg greeted me warmly and immediately put me at ease—never once making me feel clueless (even though I definitely was!).

   Gregg and the team were super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through multiple options and, in the end, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted—even if it meant opening 20 boxes to swap out bulbs. And they did it all with a smile and a true team spirit.

   It’s rare to find a place where customer service still feels this genuine. Highly recommend them for anyone needing irrigation or lighting solutions!

   Owner and employees really know their stuff. Can save a lot of money by leveraging their experience and purchasing products that last.

   Started selling lighting as well as has a great lighting room to see how various lights look like in the dark.

   I recommend this place to all of my friends.
