   The Lowe’s on Northern in Rio Rancho has been so wonderful to me. As someone who is constantly improving their home I frequent Lowe’s often. All of the staff I’ve encountered thus far have been eager to help and I find that very refreshing. I was at a competing hardware store recently and I couldn’t find someone to help me to save my life! It was the most frustrating experience. Lowe’s has been very good about making sure all departments are always staffed, and if they’re not they’re on that intercom immediately. Keep up the good work, Lowe’s!

   Scott at Lowe’s was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond helping me find the perfect washer and dryer. Super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly — I felt so supported the whole time. If you need expert help with appliances, ask for Scott! Highly recommend!

   I wanted to write a good review. Delivery of my unit was fast and the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the dryer unit that was dropped off was faulty. Even after contacting them within 24 hours of receiving the unit and a tech coming out and saying the unit was faulty I was told I couldn’t return it because it had been 48hours. Mind you they don’t send someone to look at the unit right away. They schedule them! Essentially they sold a bad unit to me and because I didn’t pay with a credit card (you get alot more time if you have a credit card with them) will do nothing about it. Had the unit for maybe 72hours, wasn’t asking for a return just an exchange. Lowe’s does not care about its customers unless you hold a credit card with them. They don’t stand by their products, again, unless you have a credit card with them. Do yourself favor and if you have to pick a hardware store.. pick Home Depot

   I’ve hauled 125 bags of soil, 40 bags of mulch, 60 pavers, and irrigation equipment over the last 2 month. No help, not once. A vendor told me that the garden center has a side gate for loading but nobody bothered to help. Bags of mulch a mess that never gets cleaned up. Employees at this Lowe’s are worthless. Today while self checking I had an arrogant clerk act like he’s my boss. Completely rude, ended up slicing my hand on your equipment he’s barking at me to find the bar code. Why, with all your crappy reviews don’t you do anything about your lousy employees?
