   This is the state my lawn has been left in by Massey. After repeated request for service and lawn repair – no one would come to the property or even return phone calls. I was a monthly lawn care customer who paid $125 a month for service which was supposed to cover turf replacement for insect damage. These pictures were taken the day I cancelled my account. After escalating this to the “GM” who still has not contacted me more than three weeks after cancelling. Account # 8319299

   Alonzo checked our house and property today. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection. I could tell that he is dedicated to his job and would recommend him to friends and family.

   Antwon has done an excellent job for our parents. He is reliable and keeps us well informed about our lawn care needs. His customer service exceeds expectations!

   We hired this company after an exceptional meeting with the salesman for lawn fertilization with weed and pest control. The first application went well, however, after subsequent applications the technician failed to notify us when service was performed. We didn’t know service was performed until we got a bill. We had to call to find out what types of treatment we received. We asked to speak with a manager and one came out. I explained that we expected to be told when treatments were provided and that we had not received the lawn aeration that was part of the service. He said he would make sure we were notified when our lawn was treated and get the aeration scheduled. After a month, this wasn’t done so we complained to the customer service department. They said a member of local management would contact us but they never did. We decided to cancel the service and when we called they said a member of local management would contact us and that they would credit us for our last bill, neither of which happened.

   In short, nothing they told us they would do was done, yet they continue to send us a bill for payment on the amount they said they would credit to our account. I would certainly NOT recommend Massey’s lawn service.

   We already provided our information to customer service and no one contacted us. The response below is just a canned response that was not followed up on.
