Contacted Moore to replace my 20 year old Rain Bird controller that was not working properly. They recommended the Rachio Pro Series 3, which so far I’m very impressed with! Very easy to program and customize for my needs, and controllable from my phone. In addition to the product itself, the tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. While there, we discussed a broken sprinkler head and a clogged spray head, both of which were addressed during this visit. Have not used Moore previously, but would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
Very pleased with Moore Sprinker company. Juan and Mario were professional and knowledgeable and communicated what was being done. They replaced my control panel and explained settings. They replaced all fittings pipes and valves in irrigation ground valve box and checked all the sprinkler heads and made sure everything was in working order. Detailed invoice.

Reached out to handle a couple of issues with a sprinkler zone not working and a leak in another. I wasn’t sure how long they would take but to my surprise they took care of both issues and found another. They took care of all issues in the hour!
