   We were very impressed with Peak Services and had a great experience! Peak designed and built our backyard for our new home and made it very easy to meet all the HOA requirements for our neighborhood. Everyone at Peak was very friendly and professional and answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. Once we had gotten approval from the HOA for the design, Peak began work the following work day. They finished the entire job in one day which was amazing and even planted our plants for us and installed the irrigation! We are excited to enjoy our new backyard just in time for Christmas! Thank you Taro and Kris and the crew at Peak! Happy holidays! 🌲

   Peak Services designed and installed a great little backyard for me at the Lake Las Vegas Del Webb home I recently purchased. My backyard is very small, so taking that into consideration with the HOA requirements which they’re very well familiar with, they designed a nice looking simple backyard for me which completely met my budget and is very pleasing to me. This also included a custom-made gas fire pit that was plumbed from the side of my house, and a 3 ft wide paved pathway from my driveway to my walkway

   Peak does a lot of landscaping at the Lake Las Vegas communities so they’re well informed of the requirements and have a good relationship with the staff at the HOAs. They made this very easy for me. All I did was sign some paperwork that they brought to me, they filled out the rest, and they dealt with the HOAs. They also picked up and brought LLVHOA my Landscaping approval check. When I was approved, Peak notified me and when they’re ready to start.

   A squad of five guys showed up and brought the equipment and all the material and foliage for my backyard project. These guys worked very hard and they were there all day. They came back the next morning and were there for maybe an hour and a half to do the finishing details and to clean everything up. After they left it was like the backyard was always there. These guys are pros and I’m very satisfied with their work. Each guy definitely deserved the tips I gave them plus the cold waters and Cokes. I’m very satisfied!

   We are thrilled with the landscaping project! Ken and his team transformed our once desert-like backyard into a beautiful oasis that we can enjoy year-round. The contract price was very competitive and reasonable, offering great value for the quality of work. The entire project was completed in just one week, which was impressive. Ken really listened to our requests—his ability to bring our vision to life was fantastic. If you tell Ken what you want, he’ll make it happen seamlessly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!

   We waited a long time to get our backyard and front steps done, and during that time, we met with and interviewed countless companies. We wanted to make sure we found the right team—people we felt confident entrusting our home to.

   Well, we absolutely did. Kris, Dominick, and Ken understood the assignment from day one and with their hardworking team they truly brought our vision to life. Even when I changed my mind at the last minute, they never hesitated—they simply adapted and made it happen.

   This was a major transformation for our home, and we are beyond happy with the outcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our dream backyard to life! Thank you so much for the dream that came true!
